Contract Folder

The contract folder is held by anyone who has a contracted pest prevention service. The folder consists of the following:

Contact Information

Lists on site contacts, health and safety contacts, customer name and the service provided. Also, the contact details of the consultant in charge of the contract.

The Contract

Details the pest service undertaken, the costs and number of visits per year. The number of visits depends on the pests covered.

Risk Assessment

Full detailed assessment covering health and safety issues and emergency procedures

Detector Location Plan

A full written description of every bait station and its location

Detector Location Map

Shows an aerial view of the site showing bait station location

Materials Used on Site

Lists the chemicals used on site for pest prevention

Contact Sheet

Details work carried out on application, what pests are covered and further guidelines

Report Sheets

Each visit has a report stating activity, measures undertaken and recommendations if and where necessary

Discretion we feel is an important factor of pest control. We always use unmarked vehicles and carry out any work at a convenient time to you.
