Xterm has fully covered employers and public liability. If a higher level of public liability is required, this can easily be arranged for individual contracts.

Health and Safety

Obviously any site whether large industrial or small commercial, has many potential hazards. Therefore we would work with you closely to follow your on site health and safety policy. All consultants/technicians carry full PPE. An on site free initial survey, method statement and risk assessment is standard.

Also, the health and safety of the staff on your premises is of the upmost importance. There are a multitude of diseases spread by vermin, insects and birds. Salmonella, leptospirosis, E.coli and campylobacter to name just a few. This is why pest prevention of all kinds is provided. All bait stations are tamper proof and very robust. All work is carried out under COSHH assessment and all pesticides approved under the control of pesticides legislation.
